Anita Baxas MD graduated from the medical faculty at the University of Basel, Switzerland. She worked in the ENT department in Greece and spent several years practicing in a general practitioners office in Switzerland. She went on to study and get certified in Ozone therapy, Chelation therapy, Fetal Cell therapy, Bioresonance therapy and orthomolecular medicine. She became the junior partner at the Baxamed Medical Center in Switzerland and developed a Youth Restoration Program which was the first one worldwide to offer complete hormone replacement for anti-aging including human growth hormone, DHEA, Melatonin, Pregnenolone and others. She consulted and oversaw the opening of a clinic in Freiburg Germany until its completion. She was appointed Aviation Medical Examiner by the FAA.

Since 1995 she has been studying and researching phosphatidylcholine as a treatment modality which was then named Plaquex therapy. In 2007 she closed her Swiss office and moved to Florida and concentrated on teaching and consulting medical practitioners worldwide about Plaquex therapy. She is a research physician, doing research on Phospholipid applications in medicine.

She is a certified Reconnective Healing practitioner and Shamanic Munay Ki practitioner. She is the medical advisor on the board of Biorica International Corp as well as on the advisory board of new clinics that will be offering particular detox therapies after Covid.

She has authored five books and several published articles and writes regularly on Substack. She has lectured at ACAM, A4M, ICIM and other conferences around the world.

Her interests include aviation, shamanism, meditation, consciousness research and Ferrari cars. She is a martial artist and speaks 5+ languages.
