Migraine
Recovery from Migraines that Started Forty Years Ago
Summary
Daphne, aged 59, came to the clinic suffering from severe and frequent migraines that had persisted for over forty years. These migraines had significantly impacted her quality of life. After a six-month treatment at the clinic, she experienced complete recovery. The headaches, prostration, and accompanying symptoms disappeared entirely. She was left with only mild dizziness, which occurred as infrequently as once a week.
“The truth is that I came here without much hope. I had visited many doctors without finding any real relief from the headaches that plagued me. My thought was, let’s go here too, what do I have to lose? I didn’t even have hope that I would get well. The most I could hope for was an improvement in my condition, for the headaches were frequent and unbearable for hours on end.
“When, after the end of treatment, the pains disappeared completely, as if they never existed, I felt like I was reborn. You see, I suffered from the pains for 40 years; I had learned to live with them. I didn’t believe it at first, but I soon found that I was cured. I was relieved of the headaches. You are doing a great job, and I will be forever grateful.”

Descriptions of Patients, History, Symptoms, Other Treatments
Daphne, aged 59, had a history of severe migraines dating back forty years. The attacks were both frequent (up to once a week) and intense, often lasting up to three 24-hour periods. She experienced neurological symptoms such as visual disturbances and numbness of the upper extremities before each migraine attack.
“When I visited the clinic in May 2021, I was on the verge of despair. I had a seizure worse than any other time, and I was swallowing painkillers like candy, but they couldn’t give me any relief. Recently, the crises had intensified, and this had created unbearable stress for me since I could not meet my duties as a mother and a wife.
Just before the last seizure, I had such numbness in my arm and such blackness in one eye that I was sure I had had a stroke. The doctors told me not to worry, but how could that be? I didn’t want to take sedatives on top of that; the painkillers I was taking by the buckets were enough for me.
“To my surprise, the doctor asked me to stop the painkillers and do a series of tests, which would help us identify the cause of the headaches.”

What is a Migraine
A migraine is characterized by sharp, throbbing pain typically on one side of the head. It is often preceded by a series of symptoms known as an aura, which can include visual disturbances, vertigo, blurred vision, fatigue, restlessness, and impaired concentration.
The mechanism of migraines is related to factors such as stress, fatigue, hormonal changes, weather changes, alcohol, certain foods, and neurotransmitter imbalances, particularly involving serotonin.
Migraine Symptoms
Migraine symptoms vary in duration and severity, and a typical migraine episode includes four stages: precursor stage, aura, headache, and resolution stage. These stages can involve symptoms such as irritability, numbness, visual disturbances, intense headaches, sensitivity to light and sound, and residual effects after the headache subsides.
Diagnosis and Test Results
It is now documented by many modern studies that there is an association between migraines and a lack of vitamins C, D, B12, and trace elements such as zinc. Daphne’s blood tests revealed deficiency in vitamin D, marginal deficiency in vitamins C and zinc, and normal levels of vitamin B12.
Additionally, toxic heavy metals and trace metals were measured in her urine. Gadolinium and vanadium were found to be increased, potentially contributing to her condition.
Intestinal tests showed malabsorption of phospholipids and the presence of pathogenic bacteria.
Treatment Plan
The treatment approach focused on addressing the root cause of the migraines rather than providing symptomatic relief. It involved administering vitamins, trace elements, and phospholipids to correct deficiencies and vascular issues. The treatment also aimed
